Come to
Shivam Software Solutions with a well thought out, well
defined, well documented concept. If client
consulting is required, Shivam Software Solutions can
assist in concept development and application / website
layout FREE of charge but such consultation will require
additional time.
-
Meet with
our Project Development Team to map out the Client
Requirement Specifications from which a completion time
schedule and cost estimate can be formulated for your
project. If it is not possible to meet with our
Development Team in person, a written description of the
Client Requirement Specifications may be presented or
developed jointly through e-mail, fax, or by mail.
-
Project
cost and time schedule estimates are available FREE of
charge. However, we can only estimate work that is
well defined and clearly documented in the Client
Requirement Specifications, then agreed upon and signed by
the client and Shivam Software Solutions.
-
Once a
project cost and time schedule has been determined by
Shivam Software Solutions and agreed upon by the client,
the Client Specification Requirements will be formalized
and signed; we are then clear to begin analysis and
implementation immediately. Work progress will be
reviewed along with results (implementation of the
project), with customer satisfaction approval at
intermediate stages of project work completion.
-
All
project cost and schedule estimates are +/- 10% and are
subject to change if customer requirements change.
We cannot guarantee that initial cost or schedule
estimates will remain fixed if customer requirements or
project definition changes significantly. All
changes will be clearly documented in the Client
Requirement Specifications.
-
A Good
Faith Agreement deposit of 40% is required upfront for
Shivam Software Solutions to begin any project work once
the Client Requirement Specifications have been mutually
agreed upon and a cost and time schedule determined.
-
When the
client is satisfied that the project has been completed as
agreed upon in the Client Requirement Specifications, the
completed project will be handed over to the client upon
payment of the outstanding balance due.
